Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of facility, industrial, or maintenance experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building equipment
Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues in a timely manner
Diagnose and repair equipment, tools, and facility-related systems to minimize downtime
Complete general facility upkeep including painting, carpentry, minor construction, and repairs
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas throughout the facility
Assist with groundskeeping, exterior maintenance, and other operational support needs as required
Help identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements and facility upgrades
Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to support business needs and maintain productivity
