About The Position

Responsible for assisting the Facility Maintenance Supervisor with maintaining the proper functioning of equipment and systems, safe condition of buildings and structures, and satisfactory appearance of all sites.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in a similar position
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position with/without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to reach/extend arms in all directions
• Ability to hold, grasp, turn or otherwise work with hands or fingers
• Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally or frequently.
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• Current car insurance
• Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
• Working knowledge of basic repair, carpentry, and A/C
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions effectively
• Basic automotive skills
• Good driving record
