About The Position

The Utah Olympic Park is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our unique 400-acre Olympic Venue. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leading a team, and solving complex maintenance challenges across a variety of systems. From overseeing building systems, preparing the venue for daily operations, and owning the preventative maintenance program you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high-functioning environment that supports athletes, guests, and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • 1+ year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and general building systems.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (snow plows, skid steers, loaders).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily maintenance operations at the Utah Olympic Park.
  • Oversee building systems.
  • Prepare the venue for daily operations.
  • Own the preventative maintenance program.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems across the Olympic Park.
  • Manage schedules and track work orders.
  • Perform hands-on tasks like equipment operation, repairs, and facility support.
  • Prepare for upcoming events by coordinating setup, access, and logistics.
  • Adjust priorities and keep the team focused and on track in changing conditions.
