About The Position
We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Dolton, IL. This role involves oversight of Solvent Process operators and Liquid Transfer operators, managing a team of up to 5 people, and resolving off-spec issues. The supervisor will also oversee nighttime production recycling operations and tanker management for inbound and outbound loads. We are looking for a leader who is not afraid to step in and make chemical blends as needed.
