We have an exciting opportunity for an RNG Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the safe, timely, and efficient maintenance of equipment at our RNG facility. This role is responsible for managing maintenance personnel and third-party contractors, ensuring preventative maintenance plans are executed, and promoting a safety-first culture across the team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management/Industrial Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RNG facility maintenance principles and procedures; previous hands-on experience is preferred
  • Minimum 5–7 years of related technical and/or maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of maintenance software systems

Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce safety protocols; ensure team participation in ongoing safety briefings and trainings, and conduct thorough debriefs following any incidents.
  • Select, assign, and supervise maintenance staff and third-party contractors; schedule work assignments, set priorities, and evaluate completed work.
  • Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance plan for all facility equipment to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with the RNG Facility Operations Manager to monitor equipment performance and schedule timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain clear communication with the RNG Facility Manager on facility maintenance activities and priorities.
  • Identify training needs for staff; ensure proper training is completed and competency is maintained for assigned responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate maintenance reports as required.
  • Oversee the use of the maintenance software system to manage work orders, track equipment, and account for spare parts.
  • Order spare parts as necessary and ensure inventory is accurately reflected in the system.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
