About The Position

HiFyve is hiring a Facility Maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing industry! This is a hands-on role working throughout manufacturing facilities and building environments. The manager will lead and manage facility maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing locations and buildings, overseeing building maintenance, repairs, renovations, projects, contractors, and facility-related services. They will develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate maintenance schedules, and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers. The role also involves developing and managing facility improvement projects, budgets, and capital plans, overseeing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security), and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the manager will handle spare parts, equipment, and supplies, track maintenance activities using a CMMS or EAM system, develop and monitor performance metrics, and partner with other departments to identify and implement facility solutions. Leading, coaching, and developing facilities maintenance personnel is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in a lead, supervisor, management, or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CMMS or EAM systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple facility and maintenance needs based on operational impact.
  • Ability to work rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Food and beverage manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage facility maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing locations and buildings.
  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, renovations, projects, contractors, and facility-related services.

  • Oversee building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and other facility infrastructure.
  • Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, environmental, building, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage spare parts, equipment, supplies, and facility resources to support efficient operations.
  • Track maintenance activities and facility repairs using a CMMS or EAM system.
  • Develop and monitor maintenance and facility performance metrics, budgets, and project schedules.
  • Partner with operations and other departments to identify facility needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop facilities maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality and reliable work.
