Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Housing Operations Facilities.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent.
- Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Nice To Haves
- Journey-Level experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical
- Experience with locks (commercial)
- Locksmith License
- Experience with restoration work
- Strong written communication in application materials
- Experience with work order system
- Multiple years experience in building and mechanical trades
- Experience working around and with college students
