About The Position
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Housing Operations Facilities. The majority of the workload is in plumbing. This position will need to understand both commercial and residential plumbing. This position also works with steam hot water heating systems (Leslie Controls). This position will assist other team members with understanding national and local plumbing codes.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis
- Understanding of commercial and residential plumbing
- Experience working with steam hot water heating systems (Leslie Controls)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working around and with college students
- Class I and/or Class II Plumbing Licenses
- Commercial Plumbing Experience
- Residential Plumbing Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of National and Local Plumbing Codes
