About The Position

This role involves various landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks, including operating equipment, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires a willingness to work at heights and complete necessary training.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be willing and comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
Must complete and pass all required training prior to starting the assignment

Responsibilities

Landscaping
Tractor Work (Clearing/clean brush, Mowing, Moving Mulch)
Assisting with delivery of large items
Basic Care of Equipment (check and changing oil, air, fuel and hydraulic filters and fluids)
Maintaining a clean work environment
Mowing, weed eating, blowing- porches, docks, decks, aisles, hedge trimming, new planting and grounds development
Spraying Selective and Non-Selective herbicides and aquatic algaecide
Chainsaw work
Cleaning equipment
Cleaning/maintenance of equipment Storage areas (tool, equipment)
Work with team and train others
Independent, self-motivated worker that can work without direct supervision
Reporting relationships, work assignments and work schedules may be subject to change, in order to meet Company needs/business requirements
Able to work flexible hours as required
General maintenance of all equipment used in Job Function
Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in performance of all job functions
