Here, you will make an impact by: Drives successful delivery of complex engineering projects by aligning multi-disciplinary teams around clear scope, timelines, budgets, and business priorities. Improves execution quality by identifying business and technical risks early, resolving cross-functional issues quickly, and keeping stakeholders informed on project status and results. Strengthens financial performance by managing project estimates, capital requests, purchasing, and cost tracking to help projects stay within approved budget guidelines. Protects 3M’s long-term interests by supporting intellectual property development, maintaining strong documentation practices, and ensuring projects follow safety, environmental, and engineering standards. Expands team capability and organizational effectiveness by building strong business relationships, mentoring engineers and new hires, and contributing leadership across engineering and manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of three (3) years of facilities experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
