Requirements

Strong mechanical background (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Proven team leadership experience
Valid driver's license
Strong hands-on technical background in mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Demonstrated capability to direct, motivate, and hold a multidisciplinary team accountable.
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
Ability to oversee third-party contractors and project schedules.
Flexibility to handle emergency calls and key weekend events on campus.

Responsibilities

Lead and hold accountable a dedicated team handling maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping.
