About The Position
This position is responsible for all physical plant maintenance activities at Deer’s Head Hospital Center to include planning, implementing and supervising the work of the Maintenance Department in a manner which fully supports and enhances the hospital’s mission.
Requirements
- Eighth grade education.
- Five years of experience in the building maintenance or building construction trades.
- Four years of experience assigning, reviewing and approving the work of other building maintenance or building construction workers.
- Possession of a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Experience and/or familiarity with fire alarm systems and National Fire Protection Associates Codes 101 and 99.
- Experience overseeing facility projects, managing work orders, and maintained regulatory documentation.
