About The Position

Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living, a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for an assistant director. This position assists with the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff. As the facility director/RN, you will: respond to any family and/or resident concerns tour perspective families and/or residents round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations conduct audits per CBRF registry maintain employee schedules maintain attendance and payroll records participate in recruitment and retention activities

Requirements

  • Must have an active RN license
  • Must be age 18+
  • Previous employment in a caregiving role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
  • Ability to organize and set priorities
