About The Position

The Facility Customer Service Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift.
  • Qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue.
  • Candidates must complete the video interview within 7 days of receiving an invitation.
  • Top candidates from the video interview will be invited to meet with the team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility or delivery service terminal.
