About The Position
The basic function of the Facility Custodian is to clean the building, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Stand, walk and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands/arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Safety glasses
Responsibilities
- Clean office, break rooms, toilets, and floors according to departmental procedures, to include vacuuming, mopping, removing trash and garbage, washing windows, dusting furniture, filling dispensers, etc.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, notifying supervisor of low inventories.
- Assist with maintaining the grounds, performing yard work as assigned.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
