The Facilities Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas within the facility according to a specified schedule. This includes, but is not limited to, conference rooms, lobby/reception areas, restrooms, break rooms, and customer lounges. The role involves regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces, sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring all bathrooms, kitchens, and locker rooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies. The custodian will also clean glass partitions, disinfect elevators, dust door frames, and maintain janitorial supplies and closets. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication.
