About The Position

PSC Group is hiring a Facility Custodian for a hands-on role maintaining buildings and property in a clean, orderly, and functional condition. The position includes routine maintenance, heavy cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, and upkeep of breakrooms and office lunchrooms. The custodian also handles cleaning supplies and waste, reports equipment maintenance needs, completes required computer-based training, and may operate a golf cart or UTV to perform job duties.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams.
Speak, write, and read fluent English.
Maintain regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
A valid driver's license and/or valid TWIC card may be required, depending on work location.

Previous military experience and a proven ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain buildings and property in a clean, orderly, and functional condition, including routine maintenance and heavy cleaning.
Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and carpet shampooing or steam-cleaning.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and maintain facility cleanliness, including dusting furniture, walls, and equipment.
Clean and maintain unit breakrooms and office lunchrooms.
Collect and remove trash from offices and buildings and dispose of it in designated dumpsters.
Safely mix and use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Manage cleaning-supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
Notify management of equipment repair or maintenance needs.
Complete required PSC and Dow monthly computer-based training.
Safely operate a golf cart or UTV as needed to perform job duties.
Complete other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
