About The Position

KF Aerospace is seeking a Facility Custodian to be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of hangars and office areas. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm to 12:30 am, though some adjustments may be possible. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong initiative and the capacity to create a work plan. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials is necessary, as is physical fitness to handle tasks such as carrying equipment and disposing of waste. A mandatory Controlled Goods certification, completed in-house after a background check, is required.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and on a team with other Custodians
• Must be a motivated self starter with strong initiative
• Able to create a work plan
• Knowledge of equipment and cleaning materials
• Mandatory Controlled Goods certification required (completed in-house; requires background check)
• Physically fit (carry equipment up and down stairs; garbage & recycle to outside of building)
• Able to work shifts
