About The Position
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Facility Custodian for our Fredericksburg location. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional and sanitized indoor environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High degree of professionalism.
- General knowledge of office cleaning.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Regular physical attendance at worksite.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the inside of the building is kept professional and sanitized by cleaning, dusting, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping etc.
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables.
- Clean mirrors and windows.
- Stock supplies for coffee and copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed.
- Respond to emergency cleaning requests in a timely and professional manner.
