About The Position
Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Facility Custodian for their Fredericksburg location. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the inside of the building is kept professional and sanitized.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High degree of professionalism.
- General knowledge of office cleaning.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Regular physical attendance at worksite.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, dusting, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping etc.
- Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers and restocking disposables.
- Cleaning mirrors and windows.
- Stocking supplies for coffee and copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed.
- Responding to emergency cleaning requests in a timely and professional manner.
