We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill. As a Facility Coordinator (Patient Scheduler), you will be a key player on our team.

Requirements

Availability to work Monday – Friday 12pm – 8pm
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Clean background check
Negative drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience dealing with major insurance companies and patient scheduling is preferred

Responsibilities

Answer high call volume in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule trips for clients that require transportation to and from medical appointments
Collect trip data and transcribe information through our scheduling system
Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow for scheduled appointments
Secure payment for all scheduled patients trips prior to receiving services
Obtain insurance verifications and authorizations
Schedule, reschedule and cancel trips as necessary
