About The Position
The Facility Attendant welcomes patrons, supports facility access and equipment checkout, helps maintain equipment and towel service, and monitors the weight room to promote patron safety. The role also provides general assistance and customer service and includes attending regularly scheduled staff meetings.

- Willingness to learn and enforce the duties and responsibilities required for the position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and address patrons as they enter and exit the facility.
- Enforce membership policies and ensure patrons scan their IDs.
- Administer equipment check-out procedures.
- Clean cardio and weight room equipment.
- Ensure laundry for towel service is addressed.
- Monitor weight room usage to ensure patron safety.
- Remain visible to answer questions and provide general assistance and customer service.
- Be courteous and keep customer service at the forefront of daily tasks.
- Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings.
