About The Position

Under general supervision, opens/closes the Community Recreation Center/Carol & Jim Laub Plaza for daily operations. Promotes, oversees, and performs a wide variety of tasks associated with Logan Parks & Recreation Community Recreation Center/Plaza. These tasks will include, but are not limited to customer service, answering phones, scheduling facilities, registering participants and memberships. Other responsibilities include performing office/clerical tasks, routine cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned or directed. Enforcing facility rules & regulations while keeping compliant with all department policies and procedures. Position will participate in staff trainings and meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to effectively meet and deal with the public.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Some training required.
• Applicants must be able to work hours that will be determined weekly, which will include morning, afternoon, evening, night shifts and some weekends.
