About The Position
This position assists in the daily operation of a golf course clubhouse. The POWER Youth program, previously known as Opportunity NOW, provides career exploration and work experience activities for youth 14 to 24 years old. The name POWER Youth was selected by the peer youth leadership team based on how they view themselves and their future.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- Able to operate point of sale computer, grill and other related equipment
- Able to work any shift including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- The employee at no time can be involved or participate in the sales of alcohol (while under the age of 18.)
Responsibilities
- Answering phone and making reservations
- Preparing fast food items
- Cleaning and staging golf carts
- Receiving money for green fees or cart fees
- Keeping work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Selling equipment form the pro shop
- May assist as a golf starter
