About The Position

Reporting to the Technical Training Manager, the Facility & Toolstore Coordinator is the heartbeat of our Learning & Development workshops and toolstores. This is a hands on, high impact role where you’ll ensure our training environments are safe, well maintained and fully equipped to support the next generation of skilled workers. Location: South Guildford Roster: Mon-Fri 8.5 hours per day (including lunch break) What You will do: No two days are the same. In this role, you will: Be the go-to person for our training workshop and tool store facility Play a vital role in delivering a professional, high standard training environment Plan and coordinate tooling, equipment and consumables to support seamless training delivery Ensure all tooling is serviced, calibrated, compliant and ready to go Work closely with trainers, learners and external vendors to keep everything running smoothly Oversee safety, QA and chemical control requirements, including audits and improvements Manage ordering and facility spend with confidence and accountability Manage repairs, faults and maintenance of our facilities through internal systems Repair and maintain training aids, these include engines, machines, and simulators. Ideally, you’ll have: A safety first mindset with strong initiative and problem solving skills Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical or a strong interest in mechanical repairs experience in a workshop, toolstore, technical support role, mobile equipment. Requirements

  • A safety first mindset with strong initiative and problem solving skills
