About The Position

This is a full-time role focused on maintaining and supporting the facilities. The responsibilities include performing routine inspections and maintenance, managing inventory, assisting with room setups, conducting safety checks, supporting security measures, and responding to employee requests. The role requires basic knowledge of facility maintenance, the ability to use tools, strong organizational skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment.
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.
• Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces.
• Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues.
• Support facility security measures and access control.
• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
