Requirements

• Two or more years experience in lawn care or agriculture.
• Heavy equipment experience.
• Basic mechanical skills for tool and equipment maintenance.
• Chemical applicator license.
• Flexibility in work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Vermeer property lawns including plant care, weed control, and debris removal.
• Install/maintain elements of landscaping, trees, flowers, and shrubs.
• Assist in set-ups and tear downs of furniture and displays for events and office moves.
• Perform basic maintenance on lawn care equipment and tools.
• Maneuver a snow blower, shovel, and/or salt spreader to remove snow.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply of fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to safely and effectively manage pests and weeds.
