If so, join the specialists in the medicine of motion today! The Facilities Helper services the OCR facilities and grounds to maintain safety and aesthetics of the OCR facilities.

Requirements

Valid Drivers License.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
Ability to follow read, write, and interpret technical instructions.
Position requires acceptable motor vehicle driving history, valid and free from restrictions, and must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage. Ability to travel between all OCR locations.

Responsibilities

Performs and rounds routinely checking the operation and safety of the buildings and grounds.
Completes assigned preventative/corrective work orders and projects in a timely manner.
Attends project meetings, where applicable.
Ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
Completes assigned regulatory documentation.
Grounds maintenance activities as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
