Requirements

Experience: Previous hands-on experience in concrete work (forming, pouring, or finishing) is required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in standing, kneeling, or stooping positions.
Licensing: Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Skills: Proficient with common power tools and general maintenance equipment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Availability: Standard full-time schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed for specific projects.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

Concrete Support: Perform site preparation, build and set forms, and lay rebar or reinforcement.
Pouring & Finishing: Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various structures including floors, ramps, sidewalks, and patios.
General Maintenance: Complete routine building repairs and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a high-quality facility environment.
Safety & Standards: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.
Tool Operation: Safely use various hardware tools, power equipment, and machinery (forklift) to complete assigned projects.
