The Elmhurst Park District, established in 1920 and located 16 miles west of Chicago, provides parks, recreation facilities and programs to meet our mission of enriching lives while having fun. We have an exciting part-time job opportunity for a FACILITIES WORKER I.
Requirements
- Some high school education
- At least 18 years old
- Valid Illinois Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect all areas of facility and grounds as assigned.
- Perform light repair and maintenance of facility and grounds as assigned.
- Report building, equipment, plumbing and electrical problems, as necessary.
- Ensure all equipment, tools are clean and in good operating condition.
- Perform room set ups and take downs as required.
- Assist with district events, as required.
