About The Position
This position will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure dependable and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment. Some of the primary responsibilities include; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture removal/install and other general maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two - three years related experience
Nice To Haves
- Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
- Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections, repairs and services for facility.
- Painting, cleaning, completing work orders.
- Ensure excellent customer service with follow up on requests.
- Grounds upkeep to include some shoveling and salting.
- Complete all tasks per safety policies.
- Courteous and professional attitude toward all managers, associates, vendors, guests.
