Requirements

~2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience (or similar hands-on work)
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems
Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work (lifting, climbing, being on your feet)
A team player who communicates well and can jump in where needed
Willingness to occasionally respond to after-hours issues

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on equipment like HVAC systems, lighting, and fans
Troubleshoot issues and help minimize downtime
Support general facility upkeep, including seasonal tasks like snow removal
Work with the Facilities Supervisor to keep systems running safely and efficiently
