Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to pass all state and federal background checks.
Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building Maintenance Technology, or related field.
HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs on doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements.
Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs.
Replace light fixtures, bulbs, and fuses; troubleshoot basic electrical problems.
Patch and paint surfaces; maintain clean and presentable areas.
Conduct basic carpentry tasks, including building or repairing shelves, cabinetry, and furniture.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools, equipment, or materials between locations.
