About The Position

The Facilities Technician helps keep clubs safe, clean, functional, and ready for members and staff. This role manages facility work orders through ServiceChannel, completes repairs and maintenance, and communicates repair status and timelines to club managers and the Facilities team. The technician travels between assigned clubs in their own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed, and supports scheduled after-hours or emergency on-call needs.

Requirements

• Multi-site facilities maintenance experience is essential.
• Basic skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; apprentice or supervised experience is welcome.
• Familiarity with ServiceChannel or a similar CAFM/FMS.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, safety-minded work ethic.
• Friendly, professional, and patient verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Clean, professional appearance and strong customer service instincts.
• Ability to select and use tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

• 1–4 years of facilities experience is preferred.
• Relevant facilities certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel while meeting KPI timelines.
• Prioritize urgent repairs and proactively communicate changes or delays.
• Conduct routine club inspections to identify hazards and maintenance needs.
• Perform carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
• Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
• Keep managers and the Facilities team updated on repair status and timelines.
• Travel between assigned clubs in a personal vehicle; mileage is reimbursed.
• Support scheduled after-hours and emergency on-call needs.
• Attend required meetings and follow club, service, and emergency procedures.
