About The Position

Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician for our new up and coming Adolescent Residential Treatment Program, Mission Prep Healthcare! This position is eligible for a $500 bonus after the completion of the 90 day introductory period. Location: Minnetonka, MN. Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Requirements

Education minimum of a high school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of licensed driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
CPR/First Aid Certification
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in various conditions, and use ladders/scaffolding
Hands-on experience with general facility repair work (plumbing, carpentry, flooring, basic construction)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow with an expanding organization

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities
Support installations and refurbishments (telecom, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
Monitor and maintain equipment to meet health & safety standards
Assist with workstation setup and upkeep of IT infrastructure
Conduct regular property tours to assess and respond to facility needs
Maintain documentation of all work performed
Ensure compliance with local fire codes, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards
Provide onboarding training to new employees regarding facilities use and safety protocols
