About The Position

Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician for our new up and coming Adolescent Residential Treatment Program, Mission Prep Healthcare! This position is eligible for a $500 bonus after the completion of the 90 day introductory period. Location: Minnetonka, MN. Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Requirements

  • Education minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of licensed driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in various conditions, and use ladders/scaffolding
  • Hands-on experience with general facility repair work (plumbing, carpentry, flooring, basic construction)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow with an expanding organization

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities
  • Support installations and refurbishments (telecom, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to meet health & safety standards
  • Assist with workstation setup and upkeep of IT infrastructure
  • Conduct regular property tours to assess and respond to facility needs
  • Maintain documentation of all work performed
  • Ensure compliance with local fire codes, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards
  • Provide onboarding training to new employees regarding facilities use and safety protocols
