Requirements

• On the job training and/or trade school education
• 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• 6 months of experienced mechanic
• 6 months of experienced carpenter

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree: Technical trade
• 2 years of experience in a Healthcare setting
• 6 months of experienced electrician
• 6 months of experienced plumber
• Experienced painter
