Requirements

• On the job training and/or trade school education
• 2 years' experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• 6 months experienced mechanic
• 6 months experienced carpenter

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Technical trade
• 2 years' experience in a Healthcare setting
• 6 months experienced electrician
• 6 months experienced plumber
• Experienced painter
