About The Position

The primary objective for Facilities is to in maintaining a clean and safe environment for Service Techs. Facilities Techs also assist in making minor repairs and some preventive maintenance. Qualifications The ideal candidate will subscribe to our positive work environment, be a great team player, have a good personality, positive attitude and great work ethic. Facilities is a 40-hour work week position with some occasional overtime.

Requirements

We require a valid Florida driver's license at the time of appointment to this position
Knowledge of basic hand tools and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Use of floor scrubber in shop area to clean service bays (training provided)
Sweeping and mopping floors
Collect cardboard in shops and place in baler
HVAC filter replacement
Maintenance on all battery operated equipment
Remove trash from shops and exterior of campus
General cleaning of shop sinks, lifts and walls
Collecting used tires and place in tire pick-up area
Collection of used oil and fuel filters and place in proper collection containers
Landscaping
Complete assigned work orders
Reporting any potential hazards or damage to supervisor
Additional items assigned by the Facilities Manager and Director
