About The Position
Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a Facilities Tech. Under the directions of the Facilities Manager, this position will be performing general facility maintenance including but not limited to; painting, sheet rock, light carpentry, floor work, changing light bulbs, roof work, moving furniture, event set up, cutting grass, trimming, using a leaf blower, trash removal and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license
- GED or High School Diploma required
Nice To Haves
- License Plumber, Electrician, or HVAC preferred
- Technical School in Plumbing, Electric or HVAC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day maintenance for the facility/campus of 65+ acres
- General maintenance of plumbing, lighting, electric, heating and a/c per license
- Preventive maintenance, changing filters, blowing leaves off roofs, sewer maintenance
- Moving furniture and other heavy object around the campus
- Assisting Facilities Grounds crew as needed in mowing, trimming etc.
- Coordinate with families, staff, and other team member to ensure maintenance is consistent and effective
- Performs all other duties as requested by the Facilities Manager
