About The Position

The Facilities Support Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across two company locations. This position performs routine and deep cleaning duties, manages facility supplies, and assists with various facility-related projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a professional workplace.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility support experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in office, restroom, breakroom, and common areas.
Conduct routine deep cleaning projects, including floors, windows, walls, equipment surfaces, and other facility areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper disposal.
Restock restroom, breakroom, and cleaning supplies as needed.
Monitor inventory levels of facility and janitorial supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
Assist with facility organization, storage areas, and housekeeping initiatives.
Perform light facility support tasks, including moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, and assisting with special events.
Complete miscellaneous projects and odd jobs as assigned.
Travel between company locations as needed to support facility operations.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Report facility maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with employees and visitors.
