About The Position

Sodexo Airline Lounges is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for our prestigious American Express Centurion Lounge client at the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA. A majority of the role will be taking over the communication with and oversight of outside vendors, while completing as much as they are able to do on their own and with our team. Day to day equipment issues, furniture, plumbing, etc. You will also being doing some electrical and coordinating any PM issues. This position has flexible hours that can include overnights in order to complete repairs, etc. The right person for this job is someone who really enjoys being hands on and fixing things, can keep records for equipment, etc, and be a part of the team onsite in a very busy, professional environment. This position is mainly Monday through Friday, with the occasional off hours, overnight, or weekend on call as needed.

Requirements

• A great attitude and positive approach to working with the team
• Experience being a "handyperson", ready to fix anything
• Professional and presentable in a very busy exclusive lounge
• Open availability including occasional overnight shifts
• A track record of experience in a maintenance role
• Experience with kitchen and hospitality equipment, furniture, and fixtures
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years Minimum Management Experience
• 3 years Minimum Functional Experience

Nice To Haves

• restaurants or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Technical client interface
• Oversees and coordinates projects
• Lead preventative maintenance schedule and work
• Manages work orders/CMMS
• Manages mechanicals with airport maintenance teams (i.e. HVAC)
• Manages financials
• Responsible for client relations/engagement
• Manages QA and Safety
