About The Position

In this role, you will manage the design, planning, construction, and ongoing maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. You will oversee facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective environments, while leading teams, managing resources, and supporting business needs through strategic facility planning and execution. This role is onsite supporting our Plymouth Facilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of Facilities experience

Responsibilities

  • Manages the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities
  • Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and related costs
  • Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department
  • Oversees coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion
  • Establishes and oversees health and safety standards, as applicable
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the function
  • Ensures corrective and preventative maintenance occur in a timely fashion and that work orders are recorded in CMMS
  • Coordinates contractors to complete projects and tasks as necessary
