About The Position

Snowmass Club is looking for a PM Facilities Supervisor who brings strong leadership, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional facilities and service standards throughout the evening shift. This role involves supervising evening and night shift Engineering team members, serving as the primary contact for Engineering operations during the evening, and overseeing building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. The position also includes leading emergency response efforts, coordinating communication between shifts, and supporting the development of team members through training and coaching.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise evening and night shift Engineering team members.
Serve as the primary contact for Engineering operations during the evening.
Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Respond to and coordinate evening service requests.
Support evening maintenance projects and operational initiatives.
Monitor work order completion and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems.
Assist in maintaining preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
Troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
Support the maintenance, repair, and operation of Club facilities and equipment.
Lead emergency response efforts during the evening shift.
Maintain emergency response readiness and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
Make sound decisions during emergency situations.
Monitor building systems and life safety equipment to help ensure a safe environment for members, guests, and employees.
Promote a culture of safety and ensure operational concerns are addressed promptly.
Coordinate communication between shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate important operational updates, outstanding work orders, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members and management.
Provide clear direction and support to evening Engineering team members.
Communicate effectively with other departments to address facility needs and service requests.
Support the development of Engineering team members through training, coaching, and delegation.
Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, maintenance practices, and work order efficiency.
Represent the Engineering Department in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.
Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
