Our office in Tucson, AZ has an immediate opening for a Facilities Supervisor reporting to the Facilities Director.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; 2+ years of experience; or equivalent
  • U.S Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance or currently have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • The employee must frequently grasp, lift and /or move items over 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor roster to include contracts, RFl's, RFQ's, and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain facilities infrastructure including HVAC, mechanical, electrical lighting, plumbing, landscaping, and other building systems effectively.
  • Manage and oversee facilities construction projects from concept to build.
  • Maintain, implement, and oversee facilities budgets.
  • Manage facilities movements to include staff office set ups, equipment transportation, and other logistical needs.
  • Manage and oversee facilities staff to ensure quality and effective success.
  • Provide maintenance and repair services.
  • Assist in Government property inventory processes
  • Assist in the upkeep, monitoring, and implementation of the corporation's safety requirements
  • Receive general supervision from the Facilities Director
  • Additional Duties as assigned
