We are seeking a Facilities Specialist who takes pride in creating safe, functional and exceptionally maintained environments that directly support the guest experience and day-to-day operations of the property. This role is critical to preserving the overall appearance, efficiency and reliability of the hotel while ensuring guests and team members can enjoy a seamless and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-focused and motivated by maintaining high operational standards behind the scenes. From responding to maintenance needs to supporting preventative care across the property, the Facilities Specialist plays an essential role in protecting the integrity of the guest experience while contributing to a culture of teamwork, responsiveness and operational excellence. The Facilities Specialist operates with a high level of independence, technical capability and attention to detail while contributing to a safe, welcoming and exceptionally maintained environment for guests, employees and visitors.
