The Facilities Specialist maintains restaurants through preventative maintenance on all aspects of the restaurant. This role involves assisting the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level, performing facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants, and formulating preventative maintenance schedules for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of restaurant facilities. The Specialist will also carry out set procedures for facility emergencies, train staff on maintenance and repair, and ensure consistent adherence to maintenance practices. Additionally, they will conduct maintenance seminars, provide recaps of maintenance visits, identify cost-saving opportunities, guide restaurants on record maintenance, perform equipment and building repairs, conduct new store walkthroughs, and act as a liaison between various parties involved in facility repairs. The role also includes supporting the Operations Team, serving as a facilities representative in operations meetings, providing field support to the Development Department, and assisting with contractor deficiencies.
