Job Summary Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities | Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs | Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance Impact of the Role General Profile Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Essential Functions Responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained and functioning properly. On a day-to-day basis, oversees basic maintenance to ensure property is in good condition. Troubleshoots and performs repairs or may coordinate maintenance with outside contractors. Monitors property security by performing regular safety inspections and managing security card access. May also have responsibility for Real Estate including: o Supports the planning and implementation of real estate projects for an organization. o Supports project needs for consultants, field staff and government officials during planning and construction. o Act as liaison between all entities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Manages the entitlement process and processes all architectural and engineering plans with corresponding agencies. o Supports the due diligence land purchase process. o Tracks and facilitates entitlement strategies, finance budgets, site improvement, permits and architectural planning documentation. o Reconciles community budgets and reports budget adjustments on a monthly basis. o Audits and approves the payment of fees for communities and reconciles community budgets.

Requirements

Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
