Requirements

  • Understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to repair motors, pumps, and machinery.
  • Replacing switches, outlets.
  • Diagnosing electrical issues.
  • Reading electrical schematics.
  • Repairing leaks.
  • Unclogging drains.
  • Maintaining plumbing fixtures.
  • Drywall repair.
  • Painting.
  • Carpentry.
  • Building hardware repairs.
  • Proficiency using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment like multimeters.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with MS Office for tracking work orders.
