CACI is seeking an experienced Facilities Services Lead to serve as CACI's senior infrastructure and expeditionary basing advisor responsible for planning, establishing, modernizing, and sustaining operational facilities that support SOCPAC missions and mission partner activities across the Indo-Pacific operational environment. The position provides strategic guidance to Government leadership on infrastructure development, facility modernization, and expeditionary basing solutions that enable resilient operations in permissive, contested, and denied environments. The Facilities Services Lead directs the planning, coordination, and execution of facility services supporting fixed and temporary operational facilities, warehousing and storage infrastructure, safe housing, utilities systems, and supporting real property assets. These capabilities provide the infrastructure foundation necessary to support forward logistics nodes, operational planning activities, mission staging locations, and distributed sustainment operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater. The Facilities Services Lead oversees operational site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and facility modernization initiatives to evaluate existing capabilities and identify improvements to support evolving operational requirements. The position integrates innovative construction methods, resilient infrastructure solutions, and emerging technologies that improve survivability, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainment of mission-critical facilities. Additionally, the Facilities Services Lead directs operations and maintenance programs supporting mission facilities, ensuring building systems, utilities, and supporting infrastructure remain fully operational and capable of sustaining continuous mission execution. The position is responsible for maintaining infrastructure readiness while supporting contingency expansion, facility activation, and operational continuity planning. The Facilities Services Lead directs multidisciplinary project teams supporting infrastructure planning, facility implementation, modernization, and sustainment activities across multiple Task Delivery Orders and regional initiatives. The position works closely with the Program Management Office, SOCPAC leadership, Regional Managers, subcontractor partners, and mission stakeholders while maintaining responsibility for project execution, workforce leadership, customer satisfaction, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned infrastructure projects.
