The Facilities Services Lead is a working lead responsible for coordinating and participating in daily custodial operations, facility inspections, and minor maintenance support and event setup and breakdown. This position provides day-to-day directions and guidance to custodial staff and monitors contracted cleaning services to ensure all City facilities are clean, safe, compliant, and presentable. This role performs custodial duties alongside staff and provides administrative support, including scheduling, inventory management, documentation, and reporting.
